We need a flat floor space of approximately 2m x 2m (varies slightly by booth type), a standard electrical socket within 5 metres, and reasonable vehicle access for equipment load-in. We supply our own lighting, mobile internet, props, and all consumables. Setup takes around 45-60 minutes and we always arrive well ahead of your event start time.
